Ukraine has more potential than any other country for the development of a great golf reputation. It has the beautiful land, a great golf climate and the need to attract tourist attention. But, Ukraine is home to several established golf courses that are worth mentioning.
The Royal Kyiv Golf Club is a 9 hole course, just north of Kyiv. This course is great for any skill level. This club is one of the older clubs in the country and is trying to catch up with the times. In the near future it will be a 54 hole course. Take your trip soon, to see the original holes and compare later to the newly vamped club.
This country may not be your number one choice for a golf holiday, but in the coming years, you may be surprised to see its popularity.

Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
